Default Lowering a car on stock shocks?

I have a 00 lowered on eibach springs, but with stock shocks and when I jack the car up the springs are free and can move around. Is that a problem? I've heard its normal but it kind of bothers me. Any comments?

Thanks, Alex

After 5 years of having a car lowered on stock shocks, it could be a good time to upgrade...

My Neuspeeds don't move around when my car is jacked up and I'm on stock shocks.

You didn't pull a ghetto rig by cutting a couple of coils did you? lol

I can't remember when I installed mine whether or not I cut the bumpstops or not. You might have to cut them in half. Maybe thats why its moving around.

When lowering your car back down, I would just do it slowly and make sure all 4 springs sits back into the pillow mount.

I wouldn't be worried about them popping out of place unless you go air born for a couple seconds. hehe
