and thats why its bad to change the springs without upgrading the shocks. You quickly wear out the shocks, which in turn adversly changes ride and handling quality.

Where do some of you come up with this stuff? Honestly, is there a test that proves this? Everything I have read lately shows performance increases when upgrading the suspension with a new spring/shock combo. Something like Eibach and some Koni's have actually shown to increase handling and reduce roll as well as create a lower center of gravity...

Honestly, can some of you that claim this prove it? Or did you just hear someone else say it?

Not trying to be rude, just very very curious... I want to see proof.
