Good to hear that it all worked out and that the Big O took care of you properly.

One more point - I'm surprised that they had a problem with the wheel studs! I always check the torque of my lug nuts after they come back from the shop. The correct torque is about 85 lb-ft. It's easy to over-torque the nuts with hydraulic tools. So, when it's time for tire replacement or wheel balancing I often do the wheel R & R in my garage and just deliver the wheels to the shop.
