I took a pic with my camera any suggestions or think of what it is? its bugging the hell out of me because i think everyones going to notice it

I'm not sure if its melted but it may be paste wax that settled. Have you tried using a cup of soapy water and toothbrush?

yea i tried the tooth brush and soap and water you think thats permanent????????????????????? im going to take the car to a detailer tommarow see what he can do once its settled there no way of takin it out? plus i live in arizona lol

Perhaps a power buffing tool made the spot. The edge seam looks somewhat worn down.

From what it sounds like the guys above are correct. A buffing tool hit it and heated the vinyl up hot enough to melt it. It is not wax or anything that you can remove, it is literally melted soft top. What part of AZ are you in? You should come to one of the meets so someone can verify that this is the case.
