Guys, don't sweat it. I appreciate all comments, good or bad. This car is a showcase of everything me, my dad, and friends have ever learned when it comes to cars and everything involved with building one. It's a vision I shared with Josh years ago that combines some of the best work these two companies have done into one. It's a car that makes power from efficiency, not brute force. Having said that, it's obvious that there will be negative comments and I can respect that not everyone would have done this the same way.

That's why there is only one M2000 =)

PS, last night's work included:

1) Fabricating a front diffuser that extends from 3" in front of the front lip to the middle of the oil pan.

2) Checking all bolts under the car

3) Installing fuel rail cover

4) Touch up painting (thanks Rene!)

5) Fixing a stripped seat bolt

We also began some general cleanup and started to install the new ricey red anodized hood pins....

lol...

So far the only real hate is comming from team Honda. Why are you guys so sensitive to this criticism?
It is contructive
It is not mean natured
It uses facts to try and glean abit more perspective on the subject

soospec i can drive just fine and thank god i dont have to drive in Louisville everyday those people can't drive for shit.

Since when is someone who questions the status quo, i order to better understand a decission or project, a troll. Even if this was done with a custom v4 motor i would still like to know why. I am just a inquisative person. And i will be damned if a namby pamby S2K driver is gonna act like he can handle what i got going on.

But instead its Mr. Random Miata guy who has nothing better to do than Troll Forums looking for "intelligent" arguments based on his precise opinions.

None the less... my dad can kick your dads ass so

It's funny. Since we can't open the trunk all the way anymore (wing in the way) we're also going to pin the trunk. So I'll have matching hood pins from the clearance section of two different Discount autos front and rear...

That should really piss the Porsche guys off....

Can't wait to get a full track report. My guess this thing is going to be a monster, but I'm sure there will be a learning curve on her as well.
