Began break in on the dyno last night and Jared (JDM Motorsports) did some rough WOT tuning, today I'll put another 60 or so miles on it so he can continue with the part throttle stuff. We're seeing about 6.5psi at 9300RPM on a 9lb pulley which is about 3psi loss across the intercooler.

Ok, I just found this thread. All I have to say is Amazing!

You are a wizard, a master of bad assness (I realize this is not correct english, but this M2000 is that awesome).

I read through all 16 pages...

The new motor sounds great, we had some intercooler issues which were solved with a new 550hp core. We'll be redoing the IC piping tomorrow night hopefully and dynoing the car with the 9psi pulley. I also installed a WMS wideband, a new Optima battery, and relocated the oil cooler. I think I took some pics, I'll update tonight

Keep up the good work Alex. I'm interested in your new oil cooler mounting as I'm planning this for my car later this summer. Obviously, the oil line routing will be different for my BP-4W engine, but the cooler mounting options are about the same.
