New for 2001:
Honda's roadster gets new standard equipment, including floor mats, an aero wind screen, an internal emergency trunk release and a clock. A removable hard-top is available by special order and Spa Yellow joins the color palette.

Around the windsheild "where you see yellow above in the pic" all 2000 models had it colored black no matter what color the car was. Some people on this board talked about it and removed theirs but it wasn't easy.

I personally don't care for the tape removed.
I think it makes the car look taller, less mean, and more miata like.
Now the yellow is a different story.....
