Mileage on S2K at delivery?
I was called when my car came off the truck. I went to the dealearship 2 hours later the car was in plastic and had 7.6 miles.
When I picked it up 7 days later after PDI it had 8.0 Miles.
0.6 miles only for PDI. Some cars my have up to 20.00 miles from the factory, 50 miles for PDI is BS.
The car probably had test drives at the dealership or was transfered from another dealer.
Before I ordered my car, they had a car there I might have taken, but it had 32 miles on it, there was snow on the ground at the time.
I decided to have them get me a new car with less miles on it. If the weather was good I would have taken the car with 30 to 50 miles on it.

he says it is "honda policy" that the dealer tech drive the car for 50 miles before it is offered for sale.

I had 13 miles on mine. There was actually 2 silver '02's on their lot when I bought my car - one had 80 miles and one had 13. I told them I'll take the one with 13 miles
mine at 16 miles at delivery. that means it had 6 miles off the truck plus + the mandatory 10 mile PDI by the tech = 16 miles( this is rosenthal auto policy). mine still had all the plastic on it. at the dealership i bought it from, they were using a black 2002 s2k(demo car) for test drives.
Mine had 1.5 then they took it out and filledit up when I took actual delivery it had 6. I wouldn't worry about it having 50 however, I've heard of Honda road testing the occasional car in Japan before it hits the boat.
10 miles. Car still had plastic on it. When I took delivery it had 80 on the odometer, just because I wanted the Credit Union to deliver it to me and they drove it out from Oxnard, so the car had an easy drive over.

I have posted a copy of the PDI before. There are NO mandatory miles, and based on our knowledge of Honda dealership tech's, rarely would any good come out of drives they make.
