I bought Mingster's one-piece screen and there is minimal vibration at speeds up to 120 (the fastest I've gone). I like the simple look of the screen, but IMHO the flathead mounting screws look a bit too homemade. My solution was to replace them with screws with a standard screw head, "fill" each indentation in the Lexan (made to accomodate the flathead shape) with a #36 O-ring, and cover each screw head with a chrome screw cover designed to be used on license plate frames. The covers are available in black or chrome and snap over the plastic washers that come with the covers. The result is a much more professional and finished look. Sorry, no pictures.
