Just curious to hear what you guys are spending on the S2000, monthly average, not including payments and insurance. Just things like gas, cleaning equipment, mods, etc.

dont spend much on insurance (its a honda)- nothing on maintenance (its a honda)- but lots on mods & wash and finish stuff...
wish i could spend more on gas! (wish i had more time to drive it)

 

You're not helping me I'm trying to get rough estimates of cost, for when I do get this car next summer.

$550/mo car payment (72 mo lien @ 5.9% from AHFC)
$85/mo comprehensive insurance (Allstate)
$50-100/mo fuel (depends on the weather!)
$25/mo oil/maintenance/car washes
$50-way too much/mo for mods and stuff that I can't pass up
---
~$750/mo all taken together if I'm good

I imagine your cost for insurance could be much higher or lower than mind, depending on age/record.
