Moving radar
I've heard that moving radar (when a cop shoots you with radar while driving) is legal is some states, but illegal in others because of accuracy issues. Does anyone know which states employ moving radar?
TIA.

I know they use it in Utah and Nevada, since I've been caught in both places.
I've never seen it in California and it might even be illegal here. However, I once followed an unmarked police car heading up I-80 towards Tahoe that must have had some sort of radar because my radar detector kept going off when I got near him. Fortunately he was keeping with the flow of traffic the whole time rather than trying to go the speed limit, and never bothered other cars that passed him. (I was driving a minivan at the time, so I wasn't tempted to blow by him like I might be if driving my S2000).
Just get a good radar detector and use it (unless you're in one of those lame eastern states where it is illegal).
