you shouldn't have any problems finding a dealer in the Northeast that is willing to sell at MSRP or less. Winter is coming, 2003s are coming. Look in the NY Metro and Delaware Valley Forums for advice.

I am finding about $500 under MSRP in California, so you should have no problem on the east coast.
