Default Mugen Exhaust

I Just finished installing the Mugen exhaust on my S2000. I really like it when things fit the way they are supposed to. Installation took about an hour after getting the hanger swept up a bit. I would recommend that someone doing this install put the rubber hanger on the forward muffler before putting the pipe in the car. I really like the tone of the exhaust now-very mellow. Not loud or boomy at all, actually I wish it was just a tad louder with the same tone.

I also finally got around to installing the hardtop I have had for the last 8 mos. Again, I like it when things fit they way they are supposed to. Took about 21/2 hrs to install and adjust. I do have the 2002, so I didn't need to do any wiring of switches etc.

I am very pleased with the top, It is a little quieter inside and I love the way it looks. I do have a little wind noise, just like everyone else, by the lower rear corners of the windows. There are no gaps or leaks there-must just be the way the air flows (or doesn't) around that area where the top juts out a little.

Drive on

Nice! The Mugen exhaust will probably get a bit louder as your break it in - my Spoon exhaust did after a couple hundred miles.
