try a gel based superglue. easier to work with.

A bead of clear silicone all the way around, clean off excess, zip-tie or tape the halves together while silicone sets.

3m plastic and emblem adhesive. they sell it at Oreilly auto.

Just look for some used ones for sale or buy new ones. I can't imagine them costing that much. There's a lot of people that track their cars that gut the interior that may have some lying around.
