I've seen releases from Honda about the '05 lineup but no mention of the S2000 yet. It's a great car, and we all love it, but it unfortunately doesnt seem to sell that well ......

S2000 sales have increased slightly in 2004 over 2003.

They discontinued the S2000 after MY2000. Everything since have just been CIvics with body kits.

If this is the last model year, why would Honda spend a bunch of money on the changes to the '04. New front, new back, interior changes, 2200 U.S. engine, suspension tweaks, etc.

Doesn't make much sense to me.

Honda carved some more space in the door panels in order to provide a little more interior width for the driver and passenger (good for me since I'm 6'4").
