Before I answer to your question keep in mind that prices in Europe are more expensive than in the USA. Taxes/VAT etc is a killer in Greece. So the cost of those goodies in Greece are...

Air flow might not be relevant IMO, as long as the conditions are the same before and after your mods. As long as they have a good fan both times it will be fine.
We all know how accurate Dyno's are! Its the before and after you should focus on
