wow! sorry to hear what happened, hope insurance takes care of everything. Come back stronger in your new S and im also glad to hear no one got hurt.

Did the hardtop completely burn up? i only see alittle bit that survied. Also glad no one was hurt

now thats an epic fire. What I cant understand is how both the inside and the outside caught fire. Did something blow up? The hood being torn back like that.... was that fire fighters or the fire/

This almost happened to me when a F*#&#ing mouse chewed a hole in my fuel line and it was dripping on the exhaust downpipe!

I'm glad no one was hurt and like they say (and probably already has in this thread) the car can be replaced, you and your father can't.
