I've discovered that my S has two horn "blowers". Do all S2000s come like that? One is in the engine bay and the other in front of the radiator. I am thinking about removing the one in the engine bay to free up some space.
Not much space to be gained. My '03 had two small horns that I swapped out for the larger '04+ horns. If you really want to free up space in the engine bay, you might want to get rid of the stock air box and throw in an intake. I put in a K&N fipk and there is a ton of room now. That's the tiny horn to the left of the filter that has now been replaced.

I know that it doesn't free up that much space...but every little bit counts. I am trying to make my engine bay as "clean" as possible.
I have an AEM CAI...so the FUGLY OEM intake is gone.
The problem with the horns is that one is a high tone, one is low. I forgot which is which. The second one is in front of the radiator. If you remove one, it's going to sound rediculous.
2002 and up has 2 horns. One high tone and one low tone. I replaced my one factory wimpy sounding "beep" oem horn with a Euro Air-Horn from Griots. The sound is awesome
I love scaring the little ol ladies that cut me off now by blasting the airhorn. Def wakes everyone up on the road
