I run over small animals on the road. I don't swerve for anything that would stay under the hood. People and cars I avoid.

Expensive and painful lesson.

Wow, I don't know what to say. Glad you made it out okay! For those that said they would have hit the animal...perhaps....but in a panic/split second, 99% of people would try to avoid an obstacle in the road.

Just glad that nothing too terrible happened time.

Glad you're ok. This is how I lost my previous car. Hopefully it wont happen to us again.

Thanks for all the wishes, and Shamoo I agree it's a split second thing and it's an instinct, Hopefully I'll hit it next time, but it's impossible to tell.
