Hi guys, i dont know if is normal for this to happen. While i was driving today, and was trying to roll up my window, i heard a cracking sound and my window just droped cant get it up no more. I think it fall out of rail or something. did it happen to any of you or i am just bad luck??? another quick question, is this type of thing under warrenty??? Thank you !!!

 

just take the door panel off and see what happened. the door panel comes off in like 2 seconds

 

Warranty? On a 2003? If you bought an extended warranty (waste of money) then it might be covered, but you have to check your specific warranty.

Otherwise I second pulling off your door panel and checking it out.
