Default Drivers side window question.

Today I had my auto down regulator replaced by my dealer under warranty. I was wondering if anyone would be able to answer this question. After they changed the regulator I noticed that the window is going up higher then it did before. I would say it is about a 1/4 inch higher, since my tint no longer goes to the bottome of the window.
Is this normal, or is there a way to adjust the height of the window? I do not trust my dealer and the work they do at all. For example, when I got into the car today after they said it was done, I went to shut the door and the handle almost came off in my hand, then I noticed that half the door wasn't put on correctly, and that they scratched up the insert, probably from being on the ground. This is just one of the many issues I have had with them, basically anytime they work on the car and say it is done, I have to go back in and have them fix what they did or didn't do.

Please let me know if I need to complain some more to them or is it something that just happens with the change. Thanks.

The height of the window is adjustable inside the door.

It is. Damn, that is what I figured. I tried taking a look at it earlier, but I don't want to screw up anything. I have to go back to the dealer anyway to get my door fixed from when they scratched it, so I will have them do that also. Thanks.
