Default MY04 front bumper on MY02?

Does anyone know if there are any fitment issues regarding installing a MY04+ front bumper on a MY02 s2k? I seem to remember that there was a post talking about this, but I've had especially poor luck finding anything with a search...

Is it a straight bolt-on kind of affair?

I just did this conversion on my '00. You must decide if you want to get the undertray splash shield or the extra extension clips. You have to do one or the other. If you get the clips, it's a lot cheaper but you'll have to drill some screw holes and have some little nuts and bolts on hand.
You must also grind off the corner of the metal impact beam just in front of each headlight or the corner will make a dimple in the bumper. Also, you won't be able to use the styrofoam insert from the old bumper. Other than this, it was a pretty straight forward job.
Here's a thread I did up with some pics and a few interesting observations:

You have to ask for them. I recall a post here some time ago, where this conversion was done and the owner just left the gap as is. The wind caught the undertray, pulled it down and he ran over it. Tore the whole thing to pieces along with a few other things that were attached to it.
