In an S2000, being lost is as much fun as being on course.

I passed on the Navi on my TL, even though my 1st 3 had it - it just is a irritating gimmick to me now, and I don't do a lot of long trips anyway.

On the S2000 with navi: the roads in japan must be so crowded that bling-bling is the only way to get your jollies - I am glad it is not available here - I would hate to see the S2000 end up like 99% of the Mercedes verts I see: perfectly clear day, temps in the 70's, and they have the top up, windows closed, a/c on, and yakking on a cell phone. Why have a vert at all?

 

Never vtec-ing in the S is like saving your christmas presents for the following year. How can you not vtec? the car was made to rev right? its like driving a motorcycle like a moped. Maybe you should have got a boxter? I dunno. Just speculating. I could be wrong about the S being made to rev. Why is reving it abusive?

 

it would be nice if Honda made something along the lines of the Skyline. those skylines are soo sweet. 9k redline, twin turbo godzilla.

 

Well interesting thread so far, but here's the RUMORS i'm getting from honda. The MY 05 will be the last year for the S. I already know that there will be absolutley no color changes interior or exterior for 05. I have the color chart at work. Also the RUMORis that they will be replacing the S2000 with something else. no info on that just yet, but i am just assuming they will wait a few years after production stops on the S to bring out their new sports car. Good or bad this i what i can tell you.

BTW i stress the word RUMOR in this post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing with honda is ever official til it hits dealerships.
