some people in this thread need to chill out, and real quick. Otherwise this thread is gonna get locked, and that would be a shame because other than a couple of people it's been a good thread.

Just my opinion, they should stop building the S for 5 or so years, then put out a new and improved S, so for those of us who have an S, the value might retain its self or possibly go up. As I said before just my opinion.

I think that would be a good idea, if Honda wants to improve, do it in a huge way and blow our old S outta the water.... man that would mean I'd have to buy a new one though.... maybe give it more than 5 years

not much chance honda will make major revisions to a car (new engine, etc) and then stop production after the next year. Financials people.

03 was the first year Honda put the 6-sd manual in the Acura CL-S, and they cancelled CL production that same year. Not a huge revision, but significant enough to surprise when they pulled the plug.

If Honda discontinues the S2000, then S2ki site will probaly discontinue also in the far future. Which I know pple here would not want that.

So, lets hope more S2's being built and no automatic optioins.

I read an article in an auto mag not too long ago. It claimed that the new NSX is scrapped and maybe there won't be another S2000. I don't know if this is good or bad. One thing though, the price on used S's will skyrocket.

lol no as long as theres s2ks then there will be s2ki.com. Look at al the other cars, rx-7s, supra sites etc.

Also you can find a good s2k used if you find it from a good owner Not all people abuse their s2ks, I rarely VTEC, never ever launched, and keep her in mint condition.
