Nope, there is nothing wrong with mine, the big controls are on the left side, the small ones on the right. But if I turn the car in the other direction, I guess you're right. Maybe I have a perfect one! As a matter of fact I don't have the 1-2 grind on my model, either!

no$hit??? what's your itty-bitty vin #??????we need to get to the bottom of this!!!!!! oh btw...i dropped my 1/18 s2000 out a second story window along with a 1/18 f-body 30th and the s2k hit the ground 1.3256675 sec faster!eat me raw gm!!.....i plan to take it back to the model shop and see if they'll replace it under warrenty..[i just won't mention i was racing..]

dbw, there is no way that the S2000 could beat the f-body to the ground! The S2000 must have had a jump at the beginning!

9.8m/sec? You might want to hook a Gtech to the dash to test that acceleration... especially if that f-body has/had ram air.

Anyway, I am sure that even if "your" S2000 beat an f-body, it did not offer as much protection as the f-body did. It was probably snoozing at the line when the light went off.

Your S must have had a good launch. Did the F pull ahead slightly then get passed in third?

man am i bummed!!!i took my "damaged" 1/18 s2k back to the model shop for replacement and the brain-dead clerk didn't believe the damage was due to "normal" usage!!!!what an a$$hole!!!he also wanted the original packing box and sales slip!!he was also suspect as i had "modded"the exhaust with macdonalds straws[which i had painted flat black...cool!]i'm gonna call the manager tomorrow [he's the buddie of a friend of my cousins'little brother..apparently they spent time in county together..]worst of all, the little f*cker left my baby IN A PAPER BAG under the counter till tomorrow...what a $hit...and to top it off, my hemorrhoids are killing me......
