You're going to spend more money NA for a fraction of FI power.

If you do go NA all the way, the most I can see you getting is 250-260whp maybe a bit more. That is with a 2.5 stroker kit, ITB's, cams, h/e, and engine management AEM EMS.

You'll have a nice torque curve and a really great street engine, but it will cost about 10k+.

For that amount of money you can have a turbo pushing about 400+whp.

I love NA engines and especially trying to get the most out of the F20c-F22c, but there also comes a point where the cost isn't worth what the goal is. You want to take down porsches, vettes, and every other car on a regular basis with no doubt, go turbo.

You want to run against other S's, or just enjoy your work you put in your engine, go NA.

Do you want HP or do you just want to be fast? If you just want to be fast then add lower gearing to the grocery list, for it will probably make a bigger difference than anything else alone (for N/A that is).

get a single exhaust(70mm), a good tune and some kind of intake an you'll be off to a good start!

PPL correct me if im wrong:

Basically ups displacement, which ups hp, but for our cars, the torque increases would likely be most helpful.

got the gist of it but more displacement is more about torque than hp although both are affected positively

2.4-2.5L Stroker
Aggressive Cams (not sure which company is good, maybe Toda or Crower)
High Compression Pistons
ITBs
AEM EMS + good tuner
70mm headerback exhaust
High-flow header (Hytech, J's, ASM are all good)

So it basicly extends the pistons travel length increasing compression and displacment?

Correct, you are taking away from the top end and replacing it with low end torque.

That's what makes this car unique, it's redline. Personally if you are going to Stroke the motor because your dissapointed with the torque levels, get a 350z or g35.

The car is already an amazing peice of engineering from the factory. Tuned well, good in-take and decent exhaust. There isn't much to play with until you go FI.

O.K. Answers to a couple of questions... The original motor is in the car. I bought this one off another member of S2KI. It spun a rod bearing... Someone not watching oil levels. I don't want to build a track motor I just want to have something for the unsuspecting in the higher end performance cars. I love the car for the lines and styling. Its a true pleasure to drive. I just want to give it more bite!!!! So looks like I need gears and a turbo setup? I've also been told to reinforce the differential and get used to changing right side axles? Thanks everyone... This is giving me alot to think about.
