Default need advice with intake, header, and, exhaust

I'm new to s2000s and would really appreciate any advice on some bolt-ons(All motor) that work well together. I have a 2001 if it makes a difference.
My car is all stock....................
If anyone has opinions please let me know.

I know that the f20 is hard to get more power from is this true?
I just got a base line on a dinojet of 185.99hp./127.57tq.(80.65deg. 49%humidity)
this was done in 4th gear and the tech. only took my car to 8000rpm. I would really like a good intake/header/exhaust. What would be your sugestions?

This is my 3rd Honda and I have no idea what the f20 likes.

Thanks Mr.B

Big money gives you little gains, with this engine, in the NA form.

Hmm...
1) "Search" is your friend.
2) Next time, take your car to someone that knows how to dyno it... there is no point dyno'ing if you aren't going to measure the entire powerband (you didn't even get to peak power at 8300 RPMs).
3) Next time you read this thread, it will probably be in the S2000 Talk forum instead of "Under the Hood". Read this thread for more info:

Moving to S2000 Talk as per:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=247214

Also, you will get a more targetted audience if you edit your title to make it descriptive of what you are asking.

intake/header/exhaust will give you 5HP at a cost of $2000. You can't throw crap like DC products on the S2000 and gain power (the dc header LOSES power based on reports here!) Good headers start at $800.

I would only do an exhaust. power gains are minimal, but weight savings are not. and less weight is just as good as more HP.

A flywheel may increase wheel HP due to less drivetrain resistance. that's the theory anyway.

a new final drive should help acceleration a good amount.

The best way to get NA power is an AEM engine management system, along with countless hours of fine tuning on a dyno!

the guy operating the dyno was a dumbass if he didn't take it to redline. what was his reaoning?
