Is there any other exhaust though would perform like the amuse? does anyone have any sound clips of any exhust?thanxs
That's some birthday present...geez!

As a cat-back system it's not illegal from an emissions standpoint, but if you make too much noise in the vicinity of police you're bound to get a ticket for noise pollution. It's probably the loudest S2000 exhaust there is. Check out amuse's site for some sound files. A search on "exhaust" on this site will return you links to many different exhaust sound files.

The price may not be a concern to you, but at over $2100 it's a big deterrent for most people. I ordered mine through MG Racing, though there are a few other vendors on this site that can get you one.

The J's Racing or Spoon exhausts are high-flow singles that perform similarly to the Amuse at less than half the price.

Happy Birthday dude!

One of our members just installed a Spoon single. It has that low rumble, but mainly in the lower rev's. Sounds good.

Maybe he will post here soon

It's about 12 pounds lighter than stock.

if you're looking for performance improvement go with Spoon/Amuse/J1. Spoon has the low grumble low end but absolutely screams in vtec -- very sweet actually.

if you're looking for look/sound go with Neuspeed -- it has a consistent low rumble than gets 'angrier' as you rev up. It looks the best too IMO.
