Default Need Help With Fluid Info

Im going to be doing some fluid changes and i wanted to make sure the proper grade of the oils (10/30/1040 etc). I cant seem to find the proper grade of tranny fluid (if there is such). From searching i've found that 75w90 is the most used for differential oil are there any other grades that can be used?
What are the prefered brands?
Sorry if this is a repost. search isnt my friend today.

There is a huge amount of info on this subject in the FAQ section of the 'Technical' subforum in the 'Under the hood' forum, everything in one place there "The Oil Journals" Happy reading! The short answer, is leave the Honda "break-in oil" in until 7500 miles and don't use synthetic until 7500-10000 if you need to top off priot to that use 10-30 dino oil.
The tranny takes Honda 'manual trans fluid' available from the dealer, some people prefer 'GM Synchromesh friction modified' and for the diff LE 607 is a preferred product as is mobil1 diff fluid. sort of depends on your climate. That FAQ section has a HUGE amount of info.. all the mechanical DIY's are collected there, it's a great resource!

ps. Manual tranny fluid for this car has no "grade" as such. Also, if all else fails, read your owner's manual. It tells you almost everything you need to know about what to put in there.
