Hi I really love the S2000 and I intend to get it when I go back to my country. Problem is that it is mandatory to have a front license plate. I intend to install a Mugen air intake and after looking around the site, I realised that the front license plate will block the intake opening.

Has anyone come up with an idea of how to solve this problem? As in a special plate holder that mounts higher so that the opening of the intake is not blocked?

huh? The front plate blocks nothing but its good looks. Unless you have to cut a huge hole in the front of your bumper that is.

 

Please take a look at Randy's mugen intake in the link. The cold air intake sits right in the middle of the bumper(just infront of the radiator) so that is why I think it would block the air intake opening when you put a front liscense plate there.
