Lil Raja, I'm actually going through the same thing as you. M3, S2K, M3, S2K.. Only thing keeping me from selling the S2K and getting the M3 is the fact that I have to make sacrifices in order to afford the payments.

I am straight in the middle of this situation myself. I have 10k on a deposit for a Carbon Black M3 with SMG. Right now I can just afford it... but I wouldn't be able to do the things that I always find myself doing with cars (aka tracktime... wheels, suspension).

I was actually going to buy another S2000 tomorrow... but now I am having second thoughts. ARGH.

There needs to be a prescription that I can take to alleviate these symptoms.

E46 M3 is hideous in white.

The NSX-R is the only sports car that can look remotely good in white.

*ahem*

Just ribbing you a little Alexf20c

I agree that the M3 is a great car. If it were me I would have to look at the C32 AMG also. The G35 Coupe is pretty awesome too!

The M3 has been on my mind lately too. A gray or white coupe with a red gut. Sooo tempting. But every time I get serious about trading the S for the M I take a good look at my little Honda and can't bare to part with her. I am drawn to the M3 for its power, usability and style, but I feel I will be able to combat those urges with some help from Speedcraft.

If you really want it, wait a month for it. Then if you still have that same feeling for it, then by all means, take it.

yellows2knva,

well it's just not the car that i want. See i go to europe quite frequently and am friends with the manager of Hamann tuner and few others. When you are down there, you see the future project cars and your mind just gets blown. So yeah, i want to get a m3 and mod it and make mine very different than others. Cars are extentension of one's personality and I feel like i need to express myself more :-)

The decision is made - I am gonna get a job soon and if all works out, i will save all my money instead of eating out, clothes and unecessary stuff, so i can get the M3. Also, would like to keep the s2k around. it's a long road ahead, but i am ready to take a plunge. Only time will tell if i am successful.

LIL Raja
