Default Need your N/A tuning advise...

I'm considering getting Fujisubu exhuast & header and also planning to install comptech intake and tune the car with Apexi VAFC...

All of this mod will cost me at least $2000..

I'm expecting about 10-15hp(too much?) gain with this mod at peak rpm.
Should I expect more? less?
How much this mod can shorten in 1/4 mile? 0.1sec? 0.2sec?

It is first time for me to mod N/A car and I really dont think it is worth that money to gain 10-15hp for $2000+ and same time I will lose some drivabilty of car and low-end torque...

or

I am thinking about getting Bilstein PSS(any comment?) coil-over kit and do some chassis enforcement mod.

Seems like spending money on suspension/chassis would be more cost effective to me...

What is your opinion..any comment?

Spend the money on performance driving training - much better bang for the buck with performance improvments of 10% easily achieved for around $200.

Ok, next step is tyres. Put on some decent track rubber and see what happens on the road.

I would say get 4.44 gears, it should be cheaper and net you more speed off of the 1/4 mile

I was thinking about that but..top speed/120mph+ cruising is important to me(exporting this S2k to other country )

4.44 will cut me about 15mph top speed..and I drive road where I CAN do 160+ every day so...(last 3 miles of the road is downhill )

By the way how long is the labor hour for installing final gear?

You had me fooled with your NY address.

Must be nice to have people that know how to share the road instead of think they own the road. I'm sure you are tired of all the losers, here in the states, that think that it is ok to do do 50 in the fast lane.
