Well, if you read my last similar post, I had met a guy who said he was the friend of the brother of the main designer of the S2000. I gave him my contact info, instead of getting his, and unfortunately, I didn't hear from him again.

This time I had better luck. I have a source, who wishes to remain confidential, who has some cool S2000 promotional and factory dealership training materials.

I have only received a few hi-res illustrations so far, but evidently there are some British and American videos, an S2000 book (I don't know which one), and some other stuff, which I will be getting, as well.

The following engine cutaway illustration is a 96 dpi jpeg version of the original, which is a 600 dpi TIF file. I should be getting the original soon.

My contact will be burning some CDs for me, and then I have to arrange a meeting to pick up the other materials.

I'll post more pics later, and I'll let you all know what other materials I get.

The Engine Cutaway pic is the same one as in your photo gallery, however, if you compare the two, you will notice much greater detail in the one that I have (just look at the rods). The copy that I posted here is only 96dpi, the original that I will be getting is 600dpi!

Also, I have been promised more stuff, this is just the first batch of original factory materials. -Pete

I think it's okay to state that my contact is from a Honda Dealer, so I doubt that he could get any new, unreleased info. The items he has are mainly promotional or educational. In any case, it's the first time a Honda dealer has done anything nice for me!

I have already received PMs about buying some of the stuff that I get. I know there are a lot of collecters out there, but I really don't want to sell anything. I'll post everything I can for free, so you can use them if you want. I also don't really know exactly what I'll be getting., but I'll let you guys know.

Tell us that the new S2000 is gonna be more powerfull than an NSX.

Tell os of any changes to the car ahead, the difference between the 2002 and 2003 cars, and any improvements to the car made this year that are not new features (gearbox, stereo,etc.). Thanks
