Yeah it will jump around from 3 to 4 bars. It stays on 4 bars for about 2 minutes then will go back to 3.
I just wrapped the manifold today and it seems to help.

11 is not on the lean side. It is on the rich side. I'm tuned for mid 11's afr wot. 13+ wot would be on the lean side.
