I'm buying a UK spec S2000 MY02 (non GT model).

Can I buy a hard top for this car?

My dealer has spoken to UK Honda Technical who say that it is not possible to purchase a hard top for this car. If I want a hardtop I have to buy a GT car.

(I've used search but can't find anything specific to UK spec cars)

I doubt you'll get much help in here, GT spec is a UK thing and the boys from over the pond (hello Americans ) wouldn't know about it.

As for the hardtop, you certainly can get one, it just needs a fitting kit and a trip to a Honda dealer.

If you're buying new it's probably cheaper to go for a GT as it's usualy

GT spec is just a standard S with the hardtop included. Works out cheaper than buying the two separately
