Has anyone talked to their local dealer about the hardtop being available today? I'm wondering if anyone has found any info on it. I just talked to Cush Honda in San Diego and had the parts manager checking up on it for me. He said he talked to the parts department at American Honda and they said that the s2000 will be released in hardtop form and once that happens, the hardtop accessory will be available for all previous models. He said that this will happen within the next 6 months. He also said that they don't have a part number for it yet so it couldn't be released today.

Does anyone know any information that might validate what he is saying? I'd hate to have to wait until summer time to get the hardtop. :-(

I called today, and the parts manager said he hasn't seen anything yet. He's checking into it and will get back to me this week. I'm hoping it's not june.

I called Honda on Monday, after being told that an announcement would be made on Monday about them, and was told that was a mistake and they had no estimate on it.
