Default No break-in oil use?

I just checked the oil at 1100 miles, and to me, it appeared full...checked on drivers side of stick....is this normal?

You should check both sides of the stick. Take the lower reading. I don't think it would be something to worry about if you're not losing oil. I check mine when the engine is cold, like first thing in the morning.

I lost about 1 quart in the first 1000 miles. But it doesn't seem like I've lost any after the first oil change at 3750 miles. I have ~5500 miles now.

If you want to know more, you can probably do a search.

Just had the 1st oil change yesterday................3762 miles, and never used a drop . Plenty of vtec, too.

I'll still check the oil at every fill-up.

I didn't burn a drop until 1000 miles, and between 1000 and 2000, almost a quart, but it seems to be tapering off again....that would coinside with my use of VTEC. Your's sounds like you've got a good seal going on with your rings. Enjoy!
