OEM Alarm question...
I installed a Clifford alarm kit years ago that used all the s2000's door switches, sensors and remote. Plus you added extra stuff like a glass sensor. It has worked great. Of course I park it in a garage and have a bouncer in a limo follow me and watch the s2k wherever I park

The OEM alarm FOB has the word option on the trunk release button as shown in pictures posted by some other members. I couldnt use my standard remote with the alarm and I tried a few times to program it. I would contact a dealer and see if they can help you with factory remotes. I know there is a specific sequence for programming them. Good luck.
