an upholstry shop should have a method to repair scratch's without the need to replace the liner. Just try to find a reputable shop that has been around for some time.

I'd like to see a picture of what you're seeing because I find it very hard to believe that you scratched it by just wiping it down.

Worst case scenario Honda sells replacement roof liners I believe, so you can just pick a new one up and swap it in.

I was wiping it down like I do the rest of my car with the micro fiber towel and detail spray, but I must have just put too much pressure on it. The scuff marks are not indented, and it doesn't feel scratched when you touch it, but this is how it came out. I wiped it down the same way I do the dash, and the rest of my car, as I did right before I wiped this down. I stopped right away as the scuffs and scratch lines showed instantly. I tried extremely gently wiping it down with warm water, but it wasn't stains. I guess you have to be very gentle, and I wasn't gentle enough, as you can see finger lines. Not worth replacing I guess, but I'm still gonna hate myself for quite a while.

Maybe the photo isn't doing this justice because the damage doesn't look that bad to me. Maybe the scuffing will subside over time?
