Actually I will wait to completely pass judgment, but I don't like the way they "solved" the handling "problems" of the 00-03. What they did was soften the rear and strengthen the front a little. I would have prefered they left the rear and stiffened the front a lot. That is how people are solving some of the handling issues of the 00-03. With the comptech competition co-axial adjustable front sway bar which goes to something like 280% of stock stiffness one can dial out a lot of the issues. The rear of the S2000 is very rigid and a nice structure. The front just needs to catch up. IMO softening the rear is the wrong approach.

There are a lot more improvements than I thought.
I think I will be ordering '04 brake pads.
The lower redline still makes me sad and some of the body details I still don't like.
Also- I noticed this for the first time today, the cruise control now has 3 buttons, so I imagine Honda has added the center switch to turn the system off, like on all their other cars...

Yeah, deep in the info they note the addition of a CANCEL button for the cruise. It's the little things...

If you want race pads they are available now? Why would you order 04 brake pads. My P+ are gonna stop you better on my 01 s2000? I don't run them on the street cuz they squeal, dust, and wear down faster. I assume the 04 pads will do this more then the stock 00-03 pads.

Personally, I wish you would so in time this forum will have the "I've owned both for x years now and prefer x because of xyz" factor...
