randy has reported of rubing on his CR, and he has only used 245. guess you aren't driving hard enough, eh?

I ran the devens tour last year, and I used to do nassau coliseum a lot when I used to live in Jersey. I wouldn't say that I'm not driving hard enough
. It seems to be course dependent when it rubs. my buddy and I runs two CRs with different set of hoosiers on the same course, and the same alignment, I got the 275 to rub immediately, but not the 245s
When you said you rubbed with 275 in front, was that with a big bar?
I've been trying to decide between 245/275 or 275/275. When I autoxed the CR completely stock to get a baseline, I felt it understeered a bit (coming from an AP1). I have the big comptech bar that I was planning on putting on the car, but was going to set it at a softer setting with 245/275 or a stiffer setting with 275/275. Maybe I could go 275/295 and go with a middle setting, leaving me room for adjustability when time permits.

With the stock bar. It feels like it understeer a bit because the rear is more planted. I felt the same way until I adjusted the way I drive it. You have to roll it into a corner and getting on the throttle aggressively mid-corner. The only way I can explain it, is you have to drive the rear end like a boxster, instead of relying on the front end too much.
I like the stock bar, but the only reason we're going for a slightly bigger upfront is because of inside rear wheel spin. I'm lifting the inside rear quite a bit in mid-corner sweepers under power. As I said earlier, I really like the 275/295 combo. I'm almost turning into cones even under very aggressive throttle mid-corner to corner exit. The front end bites hard. If you're off throttle, it will feel like it's pushing. Getting on the gas early eliminates the push.

I have to point out that you almost have to drive it without finess, and it will feel weird at first, but it's so stable that you will quickly realize that it is the only way to drive it. with that much grip and stability, it will come down to how fast your hands will react because of how much speed you're carrying. At least on the much bigger courses
