Whats up with those wheels?

I love the CR, but whats up with these wheels?
they are for his snow tires. most people would not want to use the stock wheels for snows, as thinner aftermarket wheels are better suited for this purpose.

What's up with you laziness and inability to read threads? Also, what's up with your echo?

Yup those are my snow tires. Blizzaks 205-55-16 all around! And they ROCK in the snow, not so much on a nice and warm day like today.

Does anyone know if it is legal to run the CR at an SCCA autocross in AS with the hardtop removed?

Logically I would think it is legal. But the way I interpret the rules (2008)it appears to be illegal.
I'm not sure if Greg Hahn was running with the hardtop or not at nationals. My guess is if it's good at nationals, it's good everywhere.

I think the rule that would apply is:

L. Any item that cannot be held permanently in place by factoryinstalled
fasteners may be removed.
I guess "permanently in place" can be contested, as the part is designed to be removed easily. Not quite as easily as floor mats, but easier than seats. So to answer your question, I don't know.

he was topless both days for solo nationals. he had the top on for the pro solo (obvious reasons...)
