Guy pulled out in front of me at a blind exit from a plaza. I had put on brand new azenis and had no abs at the time. It had just finished raining earlier that day Slammed the brakes and turned the wheel full lock but slid straight into the guy.

Here's mine. My story is in the FI section, as I was a turbo'd S2K. Lost it on a corner and spun into a telephone pole.

Wow... Corner handling can be very tricky in the S, as many have discovered.

Reminder to check your tire tread everyone.
Family member was driving in a RWD sport car this weekend and spun out and hit a guardrail due to a bald back tire.
Cold + wet/snow/icy + bald tire = NEVER EVER good!

jaundice - It appears from your writeup that you shifted *in* the corner? Or did I read that wrong? It is my understanding, and practice, that shifting needs to take place *before* you enter the corner to avoid problems.
