Hey guys, I was doing some spirited driving yesterday, I was in VTEC at 8k RPMS and I felt it sputter majorly. The check engine light immediately came on. Now when im idling, it will kinda run rough every 20 seconds or so for about 2 seconds.. I can feel it shaking in the stick though.. I have an appt on tuesday, how bad could this be .

 

Tow it to a mechanic, and find out the problem is.

 

Honda told me that as long as check engine is not flashing then I can still drive her.. Im just taking it easy until tues.. Should I be worried

 

There's no point in guessing what might be the problem. Wait till you get the code pulled. It could be anything. You don't have to stop driving the car unless the CEL "flashes". Just take it easy on the car till you get it looked at.

Spark plug destroyed. Unless you mis-shifted. Then all bets are off.
