Which one?
I guess you could call me boring because I am more apt to be looking at black ,white and silver, But if I knew I was going to trade my car for a new one every year, Id probably go for a different color each year. Almost for sure, I'd never have the same color two years in a row. This brings up the question, how many of you would be trading for the exact same color year after year?

It depends on the exact car. The next thing I'll be buying is a Ferrari, somewhere between a 328 and a 360. If it's one of the older ones, it will be red, if it's a newer one, it will be yellow. Different colors fit different cars differently. I like yellow (and black) mostly on S2ks.
***UPDATE***
Just got back from driving the MY07 RIO and the MY06 Silverstone as mentioned above.
The MY07 Rio was a disaster.. Houston was recently hit by hurricane Ike. So when I popped the hood, I wasnt supprised to see that there was pitting corrosion and rust spots very high in the engine bay. Flood damage? Maybe. The rust was mostly all over the hose clamps and other non-protected metal surfaces. Blame it on the rain!
Furthermore, on the walkaround the MY07 someone on the board here pointed out that it had that lame AP1 front lip, which I confirmed and it lead me to believe that there was some further modifications done and the car may have been run hard.
In the interior there were flathead screwdriver pry marks all over the left control panel and a small slice right in the middle of the dash. .. not cool. :-(
Also the car was SLAMMED. I mean barely over 1 finger gap in the front and just barely 2 fingers on the rear.
On the test drive the tranny grinded when being put in second gear. This happened 3 times and only under harder acceleration. And on the hard acceleration in between gear changes the back end jerked to the right pretty hard. Felt like torque steer, but not..
All in all the MY07 is priced at 21000 for a reason..
Now onto the MY06 in silverstone:
This was my 2nd test drive on this vehicle. Now I have a little more info about what to look for from reading s2ki.com. This time I go back to this stealership with a fine tooth comb. The dealer drives the car up for me to take another spin. I decline and decide to have a close look around again to see if I can find some other problems like I found on the MY07 Rio.
First thing I look for are modifications. I could only find clear side markers. Not a big deal, but its a modification. However, the larger item I found wrong was the front bumper. It was missaligned. I pointed it out to the dealer and she said that it may have been backed into in the lot and they can have it fixed. Well after closer examination, the bumper was obviously replaced due to the VIN number missing on the bumper all together! I also confirmed this by checking the underbody plastics.. They were barely hanging on a pretty much demolished from whatever little fender bender this car was in. I pointed this out that the car must have been in a accident. And why was there nothing noted on the CARFAX?
Needless to say I wasnt there much longer. They wanted to talk numbers and I wanted to leave. So I did.. Back on the hunt!
It felt like getting it on with the girl of your dreams then realized she's been the town bicycle for years... not cool.
All in all there's a lesson here. All you guys looking to buy a S2000, do your research here, ask questions, get feedback, and dont be afraid to say NO when you know you want this car!
I really wanted a MY06 or MY07, but unless its a super clean/well taken care of or Honda certified, i'm going to be patient. There are lots of Honda certified MY05's in my area. I'm looking there next. They stand behind their vehicles with that 100k waranty.
Stay tuned! I'll be buying in the next week or so most likely.
