Our s2000's are Aging
To add to that list, most of the OEM accessories including mats are out of production (I would love one of those nifty seat back pockets!).
Is it possible to buy complete seats? I'm only seeing them listed as individual parts.

Start collecting headlights and taillights unless you want those horrible effing crystals or the ghetto blackouts with the led "thing" in them... Ughhh they're already hard to find though.
My list of parts I want to have an extra set of...
Ap2 headlights
Ap2 taillights
Ap2 door sills
Radio doors and center consoles (ap2)
Oil filters- I usually stockpile 5-10 at a time anyway.
Coil packs
And I want a backup cluster and some misc buttons which may need replaced from wear.
That's about all I can think of that I will really want OEM direct replacements.

Depends how OCD you are, can't you go into a junk yard and get parts off of an s2000 that was totaled? Not sure about the tach, or where to get one, but stuff like lights you stock pile from different S2000s and restore them lol.
I'm all for getting parts off totaled cars but last week I needed a headlight replacement and could not find one and had to buy a new one that hurt especially because of the fact the week before I found a complete set for 500 it sucks to pay over 500 for just one
Try owning a nearly 30 year old car- 88 mazda GTX- of which they imported around 1200 or so to North America. I've been searching for a decent used engine for 2 years now. What keeps a car alive are those dedicated to the preservation of the s2000- s2ki and the forums here will assure in 10- 20- whatever years, there will be a hard core group of enthusiasts here for parts and knowledge. All the poseurs will have moved on to family 4 doors and SUV's etc or some other car equipped with automatic transmissions and will remain autonomous on the automotive landscape.

I am not having much trouble getting spares for my 34 year old Triumph TR7, or my 35 year old TR8. Good cars with a reasonable following of enthusiasts attract parts suppliers, even when the manufacturer is long dead.
About the same number of these were built as the S2000, & were probably somewhat less loved at the time. Today a number of specialists cater for just about everything for them.
As for costs, I gave my 7 a "sort of" rolling restoration 12 years ago for a few thousand dollars, including a paint job, & drove it for 65000 miles quite happily.
A rock through the radiator caused a blown head gasket, so I shouted the thing a completely new engine, radiator & a few other bits, a rebuilt the gearbox along with a bare metal paint job. I have had 12 years motoring, & the car is ready for another 12, for about $15,000. Compared to my lady's motoring, at about $5000 a year in depreciation alone, I think I'm winning.
Now if you yanks would just stop writing them off, so we have good numbers left, I think we will find parts.
