Hello everyone, I am looking to do the seat lowering mod to my 06 S2K, it appears BYS only has the driver side for 06 and up, is there another option out there? I don't want to have asymmetric looking seat hights ...yes OCD is a curse sometimes...

I'm assuming this is for stock seats?

Due to the airbag sensor, the stock passenger seat is already slightly higher

Unfortunately, I don't think any off the shelf rails exist.

 

BYS rail only lowers the seat pan, it does not lower the height of the seat back so no one would know if you have one or not.

One more question…is Evasive Motorsports the place to purchase the BYS bracket or is there a different site?

I don't remember where I got mine from, if Evasive has it in stock I'd get it from them.

 

I’ve been considering these for my ‘06 driver’s side. nengun.com lists the S2K BYS rails for only $179. That price seems almost too good. Has anyone ordered from this seller?

 

Nengun is the best place to get them, I just ordered a set and arrived within a week or so. The best time to order them as well because the Yen is very weak compared to the dollar.

At the time I spent 38,751 Yen which was equivalent to $301.01 at the time with shipping included.

 

Ohh, I see how nengun price is too good to be true. +$150 shipping. Still a low price overall.
