Default Passenger's side airbag.

Anybody know how to disable the passenger side airbag? My wife's about 5'1" and so in significant danger from the airbag.
She's a critical care R. N. and has seen the effects of otherwise minor collisions on small passengers (both adults and children) who were hit in the face by the exploding airbag. Honda told us that it couldn't be disabled. That doesn't make sense to me. I believe I've seen ads for other makes that have cut-off switches. How about the S2K?

One other thing. How many S2000s are currently on the road in the U.S.?

Thanks,
H. Honda
