performance mods
hey wuz up. I wanted to do performance mods to my s2k and i wanted some ideas on what some of ull have done to ulls s2k so if you could list the things it would really help thanks.
how much would the compect supercharger hurt the life of the car or would it not b/c they said it only kicks in at high rpm but if i did put in a super charger then how long would my car last?
i think only a God knows how long your car will last but if you're not idiot with it and take care of your car.. you should be fine.
there are many members here with SC, and they all are doing good.

OK, I don't say this to be mean, I mean this in the MOST POLITE WAY POSSIBLE.
You need to do some research.
A supercharger is on all the time. It's the nature of the beast. It is driven off of the crankshaft, so if the crank is turning, so is your supercharger. My point is that without understanding of what the various mods will do, you are likely to make some bad decisions and likely to go down some wrong (read: expensive) paths.
The absolute best performance mod is to tighten the loose nut behind the wheel
Take some high performance driving lessons. Learning the best way to handle this or any car will give you a better idea of what it is you are looking for in a modification, and will help you decide what YOU think you should do.That said, poke around and you will find all kinds of threads about what mods people have done. Many people (like me) place links to their mods in their sigs. These are some good places to find information. Getting started looking can be tough. Another approach is to check out the sponser's websites. See what they are selling, then search here for anything that catches your eye.
