Do you get Consumer Reports? Well, I do. Whenever there is a "best kind of car" for each class, the top 4 to 5 are ALL imports.

What I stated was fact, Jap cars are built better than american cars. They are more efficient & better designed/engineered - that is a FACT. Probably cause we raise idiots here in the US. In Japan, they don't have retarded parents like the ones that reproduce here.
When was the last time you hear a Honda had a recall? I can't even remember. When was the last time there was a US car recalled? Last night!
Before you start shooting your mouth, have some solid evidence to contradict mine.

I have NO problem with disagreements, variety, opinions, etc. Variety is the spice of life, it makes the world go round.
What I have a problem with is when people try to tell me that American Cars are built as good, if not better than Japanese Vehicles. That is FALSE. Read Consumer reports. Look up information on the internet.
I don't hate people cause they pick, drive or prefer us cars. I do think that they made a poor decision though.
Don't email me or post hate mail, that's not what I intended to start. It was a simple frustration; Most people don't appreciate fine things in life. That's all I was intending to show.
You guys would rip me to shreads if I was to say Corvettes were a better overall car than say a Porsche or Ferrari! The latters are obviously superior.

while I am not much a supporter for the way American nameplated auato companies builds their cars, I dont exhibit the bitterness that you do towards those who buy them. I applaud the fact that somebody still buys them, for without that our economy would be in worst shape. those cars suit their needs, and thats fine. They dont suit yours, and thats fine too. That is why it is great we have the choices that we do. Following your logic, we should not be given a choice in what we buy. If I wanted to buy a Mustang next year because I thought it was dope, who are you to say I am wrong?
I know having to live near the auto capital fo the US is hard on an educated importcar lover like you, but you need to chill. for now, I gotta agree with the others on this, you have the right to an opinion, so do those others who you deem idiots. As Tanq said:

Remember the next time you are about to say something about someone else's car, stop and say to yourself, "You know what, it's a CAR!! Who the f cares what the person next to me is driving."

Have you heard of Bowling Green, Kentucky? Imagine owning and driving a Viper in this town. Same scenario but without the import vs American theme.
ps. Take a look at the content of "American" cars these days. NOT 100% American anymore. Take a look at where a lot of "imports" are built and assembled. NOT 100% import anymore. Don't get yer tail up in a knot.

Comments about keeping his head in his ass and what girl would stay with his ignorant ass are a bit unnecessary. The reason I love(d?) this board so much is that the maturity level here was higher than any other message board. As an Integra owner, I left honda-acura.net and do my car talk here because I couldn't stand the childish behavior over there. Threads like this one where people do nothing but name-calling and nothing comes of it are the reason a lot of the older board members don't even read s2ki anymore.
